In order to get rid of this fear, a person needs to develop a better self-esteem. You can improve your physical appearance if that is what you personally need to boost your self-esteem. If the fear of the person is speaking in front of the public, he or she can eliminate that fear by starting to make small talks with other people on a daily basis. Doing small talks with other people you normally see will be your training ground so that you can be more confident in communicating with other people as you continue.

And the last part is when your are afraid of the fact that you cannot have a smart thing to say, the thing you need to do is to widen your knowledge with different kinds of topics.
